Siti is a middle-aged woman from Singapur who works as an accountant at an institutional firm. She & her workmates decided to come to Istanbul last year in their annual leave, thinking that it is a historically rich city as well as being a paradise of sightseeing. After some extensive search on tour booking, they eventually came across Travel Booking Turkey by Imperial Travel Turkey who gave them truer and the most relevant and useful information with trustful and friendly attitude and provided them a vast number of custom-made Turkey Tour packages with the most reasonable prices. After a good deal of discussion via e mail, they decided to book our 5 Days Istanbul Tour, which showed them around the most important highlights of the city in a highly organized manner, pleased them with unique excursions like Istanbul Walking Tour, Bosphorus Cruise, Princes Islands Tour and the like. Turned back to her hometown with a big smile on her face, Siti decides to visit our beloved country again with the guidance of our company, this time with her husband and daughter. In today’s article of Siti’s 8 Days Turkey Tour, we will briefly inform you about the adventures of this beautiful family to let it be an inspiration for our future guests.
Siti told us that she wants to discover somewhere new with her family in one of her days in Istanbul and we reorganized their itinerary with a private daily Edirne tour from Istanbul which they will take on the first day of their 8 Days Turkey Tour. We drove them to Edirne for two hours which was the third capital city of Ottomans, thus having some really significant attractions such as Selimiye Mosque, which was ordered to great architect Mimar Sinan by Sultan II Selim to be constructed. Being the largest mosque in Turkey now, Selimiye Mosque is considered to be the masterpiece of Mimar Sinan and one of the highest achivements of Islamic architecture. Siti and her family were quite happy to have seen the mosque. We had our lunch at the city centre and tasted the famous Edirne Tava Ciğeri (a specially cooked liver food). Followed by Eski Camii (Old Mosque) and Arasta Covered Bazaar to buy some souvenirs, our trip ended up with The Complex of Sultan II Beyazıt Health Museum which was a hospital and a medicine school with special treatment services during Ottoman times. Returning back to Istanbul in the late evening, Siti’s 8 Days Turkey Tour continues with the array of Cappadocia Tours, Pamukkale, Konya and Ephesus Tours with a Bosphorus Cruise on the last day.
